Phoebe Swift is finally realising her dream and is opening up Village Vintage, her very own shop selling vintage clothing and accessories. It’s all going well, so why is Phoebe still a bit down? It turns out she’s carrying a terrible guilt after her friend, Emma, tragically died.

Opening Village Vintage introduces Phoebe to Mrs. Bell (Therese), an elderly French lady who also feels terribly guilty and has a story to tell… In their own way, they both manage to help each other overcome their guilt.

Is it enough to enable Phoebe to love again?

Finally we have a synopsis for Erica James’ latest book, The Queen of New Beginnings. It’s due for release through Orion on 18th February 2010, and there’s no cover yet but here’s the synopsis to whet your appetite!

“Clayton Miller’s life is a mess. His career as one of the country’s best comedy script writers has stalled and his long term girlfriend has left him for his ex best friend and ex writing partner. We’ve had another re-design so let us know what you think and tell us of any errors you come across. It isn’t too different to our other design but this one is more HTML-geared.

I apologise if the site looks a bit weird, I’m trying to add “Home” to the navigation bar but it takes so long to update that I can’t tell whether or not it has worked!

Lola Fitzgerald has a pretty charmed life. She has every designer piece of clothing she wants, holidays on tap and homes around the world courtesy of her rather rich father.

But Lola’s world is thrown into disarray when her father falls into a coma and Lola’s stepmother Carin cuts off all of her funds immediately. Her situation gets worse when Lola discovers the existance of her father’s mistress Evie Lopez, and her fiance is thrown into rehab for drug addiction.

Lola wants back what is rightfully hers but she is forced to team up with Evie to catch Carin out and get her out of her life once and for all.
