Just yesterday I received my copy of the newest novel in the Isabel Bookbinder series by Holly McQueen, Confetti Confidential. It was released here in the US on Tuesday March 8th and has been given a new cover from the original UK version, as had the previous two books in the series. They aren’t major changes, which I’m really quite happy about, since I’m usually a huge fan of UK Chick Lit covers. Seeing as we hadn’t compared any of them yet, I thought this was the perfect time!

First up, the originals, the UK covers for The Glamorous (Double) Life of Isabel Bookbinder, The Fabulously Fashionable Life of Isabel Bookbinder, and Confetti Confidential…

And now for the three covers from the US which one also has a slightly different name as well…

I honestly can’t say I favor either the UK or the US covers as a whole. There are things I really like about both sets and things I really cannot stand about both. I really like the first book on the US set, but it doesn’t really match the rest which is a bit baffling. As for the second book in the series, I really like the UK version better because of the color clash in the US version. But for me, the third cover from the US is my favorite. If you saw it in person you might be even more convinced, it’s quite adorable!

Okay, this is a tough one I think. Which do you prefer? Is it just one set, UK or US, or are there individual covers from both that you like?
