As we mentioned last week, Sophie Kinsella’s publishers are re-publishing the books she wrote under her real name of Madeleine Wickham. Cocktails For Three is due out on 19th August 2010 and I love the cover. I may well have to pick this up for myself because I adore her books under ‘Sophie Kinsella’. Here’s the synopsis:
Three women, smart and successful, working in the fast and furious world of magazines, meet for cocktails and gossip once a month. Roxanne: glamorous, self-confident, with a secret lover - and hoping that one day he will leave his wife and marry her. Hi, I’d never read any of Madeleine Wickham’s books but this one sounds good. I’ll be looking out for it and also love the cover.
The cover is very pretty. I’ve never read any of her books under this name, but I’ll definitely have to check them out - although I may be cheap and just get the old copies
Just finished this book. I absolutely love it. The first I’ve read of Kinsella’s books and I’m definitely going to read more.
