Giveaway: Naked In Knightsbridge by Nicky Schmidt
December 1st, 2009 by Leah
I absolutely adored Nicky Schmidt’s debut novel Naked In Knightsbridge and you can read my review here. Thanks to the wonderful people at Prospera Publishing we have 5 copies of Naked In Knightsbridge to give away. All you need to do is leave a comment and make sure you fill in the “email address” section when leaving a comment. The competition is open to EVERYONE and closes on 6th December and we’ll use random.org to pick 5 winners. Here’s the synopsis for those interested:
With mounting debts, threats from a crazy landlord and a cleaning business that was going well until she set fire to someone s house, Jools Grand is about to find herself homeless. She has to come up with a plan, and fast. So with an acute sense of desperation, Jools decides to auction herself online in a marriage of convenience. Who knows, she might even find romance?
What Jools isn t banking on is a bidding war between two not-so-eligible bachelors a wealthy, gay, would-be politician who needs a wife as a cover; and a deranged loner with a newly-refurbished basement prison. Add to that a lecherous father, some soon-to-be-exposed secrets and an addiction to pastries, and Jools is set to discover that nothing comes without a price.

I live in Chelsea and would love to read about Getting Naked in Knightsbridge. I am an apprentice ‘chick lit’ writer who needs to read the ‘craft’ as much as possible. It sounds well plotted and the review makes it a ‘must read’. As a poor student, receiving a ‘freebie’ would be greatly appreciated. An early Christmas present!
Enter me, please. It sounds like a fun book.
