AW Cover Wars: Minding Frankie by Maeve Binchy

Today’s Cover Wars feature is one that I’ve been thinking about for a few weeks now actually. Minding Frankie by Maeve Binchy was originally published back in October of 2010 by Orion and has since been picked up here in the US by Random House for publication back in March of this year. Recently I discovered that a new paperback edition of the novel is coming out in December with a brand new cover and I’m not quite sure what to make of it. Personally I think I’d choose the original cover by Orion but I’m going to share all three covers below and let you decide which you like best!

So, you tell me…which cover for Minding Frankie is your favorite? From left to right: the UK cover, the hardback US cover or the upcoming paperback US cover?

The US paperback cover of Minding Frankie by Maeve Binchy is due in stores at the end of December 2011.

100% the original irish cover….which was also the UK cover.
Im not loving the US covers at all….the paperback especially is very old fashioned and hurts my eyes!!! :-( the hardback looks like one of her earlier books or something you would find in an attic.

I like the first one the best and then the second one. The last one is awful.
