Ann Pearlman’s first novel (but not her first book) The (Christmas) Cookie Club was released last year and Ann is back this year with a new book called A Gift For My Sister. It’s due out on the 10th November 2011 and I can’t stop drooling at the cover. Isn’t that one of the most beautiful book covers ever? The purple is so stunning. I can’t wait to read the novel. Here’s the synopsis:

Tara and Sky are as different as two sisters can be.
