Introducing “A Modern Fairy Tale: William, Kate and Three Generations of Royal Love,” an original Hyperion/ABC ebook written by New York Times bestselling author Jane Green. This ebook tells the story of how Prince William and Kate Middleton grew up, fell in love, and got engaged. This unique storytelling experience offers details about a modern young prince and his captivating bride, and their upcoming wedding. The ebook also delves into the history of William’s parents, Prince Charles and Princess Diana, and his grandparents, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, their love stories and their historic weddings. Try it now to experience the Royal Wedding – and three generations of royal love.
Once in a lifetime comes the story of prince charming and his soon-to-be princess. In anticipation of this truly momentous occasion take a look behind the scenes of not only William and Kate’s courtship & upcoming wedding, but at his parents Prince Charles & Princess Diana as well as his grandparents Queen Elizabeth & Prince Philip. Look beyond the pomp & fanfare to see how each couple met, courted and eventually joined together for better or worse.
As the wedding of Will & Kate grows closer I’m more and more eager to learn as many details about them and how they fell in love as I can without seeming a bit obsessed. I’m normally more of a casual observer of their relationship, that is until recently and especially as the date grows closer. It’s actually had me thinking back to the time when my mother spoke of the wedding of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. I’m almost positive she was just as enamored with their wedding as much of the rest of the world, but being that I was quite young I’ve never been able to understand exactly why; until now.
With our generation’s version of “Prince Charming come to life” it’s hard to resist the deluge of information about both the current couple, but also the past marriages. The question is, where to read about it? I have absolutely no qualms about recommending this book, A Modern Fairy Tale: William, Kate, and Three Generations of Royal Love, and in fact when I saw that it was primarily written by Jane Green I was quite excited. Who better to write about romance than a fantastic Chick Lit author? Jane does a splendid job, offering not only historical backgrounds on each couple, but a bit of her own personal feelings about the more romantic aspects of each courtship. I absolutely adored all of the histories, but of course Will & Kate’s the very most.
A Modern Fairy Tale: William, Kate, and Three Generations of Royal Love is the perfect book for anyone interested in looking beyond the headlines and seeking more knowledge about the finer details. From why Kate may be wearing a tiara on her wedding day to her and William’s choice to live alone, without any assistance, after their marriage to nearly every other detail you can imagine. As well as those details behind the past Royal marriages, and the history surrounding the times in which they happened. Incredibly well written and a very romantic read by Jane Green, this is a book any fan of the upcoming Royal Wedding will want to read in preparation for the “big day.”
