In September Mills and Boon are launching a competition to find fresh new writing talent to become a Mills and Boon star. All you need to do to enter the competition is to go to: http://romanceisnotdead.com in September and upload the first chapter of your Mills and Boon novel. The entries will then be whittled down to 10 where you will write your second chapter, and after a public and judge vote, a winner will be announced.
