With this glorious heatwave, summer is well and truly here at last. Here at chicklitreviews, we love nothing more than sitting there with a good book, be it in the garden at home or on the sun lounger in more tropical climes! Here are Top 10 summer reads for 2009 - all books released this summer and ones that we think are fab for the sun!

Cool suggestions, I wholeheartedly agree with quite a few of them!
I’m planning to read a loooooooooot of books this summer, but here’s a list of books I’m actually planning to take with me on a holiday (in two weeks!!), i.e. they’ll be my beach reads:

Operation Sunshine
The Luxe
The Tea Rose
Love Lies
Prep
The Eyre Affair
The Love of Her Life
Lucy in the Sky
ETC ETC
The list is not finished yet, but I’m planning to take at least 10 books and just read read read.
