It came to our attention on Friday that Jane Beaton, author of Class and Rules, could well be a pseudonym for a well-known chick lit author. We also have proof so we’re fairly sure but we don’t want to break an author’s pseudonym unless they are aware.

I admit it came as a surprise to me to learn Jane Beaton was a pseudonym but thinking about it I can totally believe that it is, as I can’t find ANY information on Jane Beaton and that screams “psuedonym!”

So, who do YOU think Jane Beaton really is?

Having enjoyed Jane Beaton’s debut novel Class, I was pleased to see Rules, the second in the series, was due for release in August. Unfortunately publication was delayed and Rules will now be released on March 18th. The cover is already up on Amazon and looks great. The synopsis for Rules reads:
