Book Cover: I Heart Hollywood by Lindsey Kelk
Chloe loved Lindsey Kelk’s debut novel I Heart New York. The second in the series, I Heart Hollywood, is due out on 7th January 2010 and has a fab cover. The synopsis for I Heart Hollywood reads:
Angela Clark fell head over heels for New York, but will the sun-drenched glamour of Hollywood win her heart? Angela Clark can’t believe her luck! She’s an English girl living in New York with a dream job at hip magazine The Look and a sexy boyfriend.
Her latest assignment takes her to Hollywood to interview hot actor and fellow Brit James Jacobs.Thrown in at the deep end she heads west with best friend Jenny dreaming of Rodeo Drive and Malibu beach. I live in the Uk and have never been to America. I’ve never even made it to Paris. I do want to read the first book as it sounds like the sort of thing I’d enjoy. However, I’m not sure how much I like the sound of a concept that builds each book around a different foreign destination. Is there nothing to write about at home???

i heart lindsey kelk’s i heart New York. It’s a great read and it makes me want to return to NYC so much. I am a little concerned that when I read I heart hollywood i know I will want to visit.

Granted I didn’t really like the first book, but I have to admit the covers are absolutely STUNNING and GORGEOUS and BEAUTIFUL and WOW. I thought I <3 NY was wonderful, but this one's even better, can't stop staring! I'd totally buy this book just for the cover alone, haha! Honestly, whoever designed these covers deserves an award or smth, lol.
