Internet Explorer Issues
October 13th, 2009 by LeahChloe brought to my attention tonight the fact that in Internet Explorer the site displays two headers, one underneath the original. I’ve been through our CSS/coding and cannot find anything out of the ordinary so as far as I’m concerned the fault lies with Internet Explorer.
The issue is easily fixed if you click the “Compatibility” button next to your address bar. You could also, of course, switch browsers. I use Mozilla Firefox and the site works perfectly fine. Internet Explorer is a pile of useless junk and keeps getting worse as Microsoft try to make it better.
I apologise for the disruption and if any HTML-wiz knows how to fix the problem, do let us know.
You may also experience issues in Firefox with the home page. This is my fault. I’m messing around with the coding, trying to add images and things. Hopefully all will be fine by tomorrow afternoon.
